1. Purpose

These terms of use ("Terms") set the rules for accessing and using the delekys.com website, published by Deleky's SARL ("Deleky's"). By browsing the website or using any of its services, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Access to the website

The website is available free of charge to anyone with Internet access. Connection and equipment costs remain your responsibility. Deleky's strives to keep the website continuously available, but may suspend it at any time, in particular for maintenance or updates, without notice or compensation.

3. Online services

The website allows you, in particular, to:

• read articles, guides and information on accounting, tax, payroll and company formation;
• use free tools: payroll calculator, mortgage calculator, depreciation schedule and comparison tables;
• contact us, request a quote or ask to be called back;
• talk to our team through live chat;
• request documents (templates, guides);
• apply for our job openings and post a review of our services.

4. Calculators and informative content

The results of the calculators and simulators are indicative estimates. They depend on the data you enter and on the rules in force on the date they were last updated. Payslips produced by the payroll calculator are marked "simulation" and have no legal value.

The website's content does not replace a professional's analysis of your situation. The amounts entered in the calculators are computed in your browser and are not sent to us.

5. Relationship with the firm

Using the website, a form or the live chat does not create any contractual relationship with Deleky's. Answers given online are for guidance only. Any assignment entrusted to the firm is covered by a separate engagement letter setting out its scope, terms and fees.

6. Document requests

Some documents are sent on request. The download link sent by e-mail is personal, valid for 7 days and limited to 5 downloads. Documents are for your internal use: they may not be resold or published without Deleky's written consent.

7. User commitments

By using the website, you agree to:

• provide accurate information in the forms and not impersonate anyone else;
• not send any unlawful, abusive or defamatory content, or content contrary to public order;
• not send files containing viruses or any malicious program;
• not attempt to access restricted areas of the website or disrupt its operation;
• not extract the website's content in bulk by automated means.

Deleky's may delete any message or content that does not comply with these rules.

8. Client reviews

By posting a review, you certify that you are a client or partner of Deleky's and authorise its publication on the website, with the information you chose to provide. Reviews are published after verification. Deleky's reserves the right not to publish a review that is abusive, off-topic or whose author cannot be identified. You may ask for your review to be removed at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The website's content and tools are protected. Their reproduction is subject to the rules set out in our legal notice.

10. Links and third-party services

The website may contain links to third-party websites and uses services from providers (live chat, map, videos). Deleky's does not control these websites and services and is not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Liability

Deleky's does its utmost to provide reliable information, but cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, an error or omission in its content, the unavailability of the service or a decision based solely on the information published.

The information you send us is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Deleky's may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the website or to regulations. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. If a problem arises, please contact us so that we can seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Abidjan.
